Where do I enter a promotion/discount code?

During checkout. When entering your payment details, you will find a designated field for entering discount or promotion coded.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit / Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Is it secure to shop at your site?

Yes. 100%. When you pay online at, you can be confident you are in a secure environment. We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI certified, encrypted payment system. also uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.


When can i expect my parcel to be delivered?

You have ordered and can hardly wait for your SANVT Essentials? Don't worry, depending on the time of the day and day of the week, your essentials will be in your closet the next day (for orders from Germany), latest after two days. If you order on the weekend, you may have to wait a third day. You want to know exactly where your package is at the moment, feel free to use our tracking function

How can I track my parcel?

To know at any time about the progress of the delivery of your Essentials, feel free to use the tracking function. Your package was delivered but not to you? Feel free to ask your neighbours or send an email to our Customer Care Team and we will help with the tracking!

What are the shipping costs?

We currently offer free shipping to our customers above a certain order value (depending on your country). You can find all related information here.

To which countries does SANVT deliver?


  • Europe: all countries of the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway
  • Asia & Oceania: China, South Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand
  • North and Central America: the United States (USA), Canada and Mexico

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sauerlach (near Munich), Germany. We ship all orders within the EU via GLS. International orders are shipped via DHL (or Deutsche Post and corresponding local cooperation partners)


    How much are the shipping costs abroad?

    The shipping costs are calculated according to the addressed nation. If your order exceeds a certain minimum order value, we will even cover all shipping costs. You can find the exact order values and further information under Shipping & Delivery

    Can you send my order to a parcel station?

    You prefer to pick up your package at a parcel station? Simply enter a different delivery address at checkout!


    Where can I start the return process?

    One of your Essentials does not meet your expectations. Initiate the return via the return portal in our members' area and receive all further information about the return process by email.

    How is a return processed?


  • Visit our the return portal and announce your return shipment
  • Return confirmation: within a few minutes you will receive your return confirmation via email
  • Print shipping label: You will find your free return label attached to the email in PDF format
  • Drop-off: follow the link in the email to find a drop-off location near you and drop off your package there

    When do I receive my refund?

    You have sent your package and are waiting for the refund? Don't worry, as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse and is registered, you will receive a confirmation email of your refund! Depending on the distance to the warehouse and the day of the week, this may take a few days. Returns are also trackable via the tracking feature.

    Is the return free of charge?

    We currently offer free returns in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark. As a growing start-up, we are gradually expanding this service. You can find out more about our return process under Returns

    Refund or Voucher?

    If you would prefer to receive your refund in the form of a voucher coupon, simply email us at and receive a voucher for your next order.

    Thinking about whether to exchange or simply reorder? With a new order your perfect essential will surely be with you the fastest. Otherwise, we are also happy to offer an exchange of your ordered clothing. You can start the exchange on your SANVT Member page.

    How do I create a new account?

    Opening a SANVT account is quick and easy. 1. click on the login icon located at the top right of your screen or follow this link. 2. enter your email address under "I am a new customer" and click "Confirm".

    What are the benefits of an account?

    To place an order, you need an account with However, it is easy and fast to create an account. Another advantage is that you do not have to re-enter your data every time you make a purchase. Creating an account is absolutely free and you can close the account at any time. Besides, you can set your email preferences independently, so you don't have to worry about any marketing messages. You will be prompted to create an account when you place your first order, just follow the steps on the screen

    How to reset my password?

    If you need to reset your password, simply follow the on-screen instructions via the "forgot password link".

    You will receive an email with a link (please note: this email may take a few minutes and may appear in your spam / junk folder). Then follow the instructions in the email and create a new password. You will then be able to log in to your Sanvt account with the new password.


    What textiles are the SANVT Essentials made of?

    The incomparable attention to detail makes the factory the ideal place to produce high quality jersey fabrics. To avoid contamination, knitting machines are strictly separated and continuously kept spotlessly clean. Thanks to years of experience, our cotton experts manage to produce the finest fabric with consistent quality. Our extra-long staple cotton jersey is an example of this admirable craftsmanship.

    How to find the perfect size?

    Offering more sizes than the industry standard doesn't mean it has to be difficult to find the right size. We've developed automated tools to help you find your perfect size. Check out our sizing page for more information. If you are still not sure what your size is, feel free to email us at


    What makes SANVT a sustainable brand?With fair and environmentally friendly production, as well as biodegradable textiles, SANVT successfully implements its brand promise. In doing so, we rely on transparency and traceable processes, which we explain under the Sustainabilitytab on our website.

    How is the climate compensation processed?

    We handle our climate compensation with our partner ClimatePartner. The compensation is based on CO2 emission in kg per running meter of textile and will be charged when the stock is increased.

    Who is planting the trees at SANVT?

    With every product purchased, SANVT customers directly support reforestation initiatives through our climate partner Edenprojects. You can also find out more about this under Climate Promise


    Return policy

    You can return the received goods without giving reasons even after the statutory revocation period within 60 days by returning the goods. The timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. Please note that returned clothing must be unworn, in original condition and including labels. SANVT reserves the right to retain charges for products returned in a used or damaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are excluded from the return policy. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that were not purchased on our website. Refunds will always be made in the form originally used by the customer for payment when exercising the voluntary right of return.
