It all started in the 1980s, when a simple sewing service was founded in Portugal. After 10 years of development, the whole company was restructured and our current Sweatshirt factory was born. Today it is the culmination of almost 30 years of textile sourcing/manufacturing in Portugal.
To produce perfect Sweat Essentials, the factory carries out a 6-phase quality control to produce the highest quality products. But not only that. The factory has impressive machinery, the likes of which are considered quite unusual for sweatshirts. This results in perfect essentials.
Our Sweatshirt experts define themselves by quality, trust and proactivity. And this is confirmed by various certificates and attestations, such as BSCI, SEDEX and FWF. Portuguese laws are of course fully complied with. This is how our perfect sweat collection is created step by step.
Our Sweatshirt factory works according to the so-called Jidoka principle. This means that quality is created in the process. In relation to our factory, this means that a co-worker does not only have one task, but is involved in the entire creation process of a single essential. This makes the work more varied – and allows productivity and product quality to reach the highest levels.
